Compact High Speed Planing Line Mechanisation with Stacker

1. Weinig EM814 moulder infeed with flat chain feeder
2. Weinig 820 high speed right angle moulder outfeed with cross feed sweepers
3. Weinig 811 board stacker with scissors lift (chain feed discharge options)

-Boards are automatically transported laterally with the Weinig 820 right angle transfer.

-Boards automatically form a layer and are then placed on the lifting table of the chain conveyor
-The completed pack is transferred to the following chain conveyor
-Maximum output: 40 cycles/minute for stacker (over 150m/min based on average length boards).
-Space required: Length approx. 8000 mm, Width approx. 5000 mm approximately
-Pack size max 6100mm x 1200mm x 1200mm(high)

3. Weinig cross chains after scissors lift to move full packs away from the stacker when full.

Possible to supply with Weinig Hydromat moulders 100m/min as needed.
