Our "Starter" pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic stretch wrapping machine, perfect if you no longer want to wrap pallets by hand or are looking for an affordable backup device. The Vogel Starter is possibly the most cost-effective pallet wrapper produced in Europe—without making any compromises in quality.

Unlike our other pallet wrappers, the range of options here is intentionally limited. Our aim was to offer a pallet wrapper that, through extensive standardization, can be manufactured as economically as possible while covering a wide range of applications. With the three programs, you can set the speed of the film carriage and turntable, and choose between "cross wrapping" or "upward wrapping only." Both top and bottom wraps can be stored for each program. The brake tension is easily adjusted via a mechanical film brake. The programs can be password-protected to ensure operators can only choose from the stored programs.

With a weight of 280 kg, this model is suitable for loads of up to 1,200 kg. Our Starter pallet wrapper features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,100 mm high as standard. Automatic pallet detection via photocell is, of course, included, as are adjustable top and bottom wraps. If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can easily be lifted and repositioned with a forklift using integrated cut-outs.
