The SP 1200 roller polishing machine is designed for polishing polyester and polyurethane paints, metals, marble, and similar materials on flat surfaces.
The machine structure consists of a movable bed and a fixed head. The vertical movement (up/down) is motorized and slides on ball recirculating guideways, ensuring precision and smooth operation.
The bed's bidirectional travel speed is controlled via inverter and adjusted using a potentiometer. The polishing time is set by a stroke counter.

Polishing is performed by a roller mounted perpendicular to the feed direction, made up of high-quality cotton discs.
The heavy-duty electro-welded steel frame guarantees excellent stability during operation.
The machine can be equipped with a pneumatic abrasive paste application system using spray guns.
