The Velati VbA industrial mixing and feeding line with a capacity of 2000 liters is a comprehensive installation designed for continuous and batch preparation of mixtures in meat processing, delicatessen, and food processing plants. The set presented consists of three integrated modules: a high-capacity, two-shaft paddle mixer (MISCELATORE LT2000), a screw conveyor (lifting screw), and an outfeed belt conveyor with a plastic belt. The heart of the set is the large-size, two-shaft mixer with a 15 + 15 HP drive, which ensures fast, uniform, and gentle mixing of meat fillings, sausages, ready meals, or vegetables without damaging the structure of the raw material. By combining the mixer with a screw elevator and an outfeed belt conveyor, the installation creates an automated process flow: it enables efficient transport of the raw material, accurate mixing, and mechanical, efficient discharge of the finished product and transfer to subsequent stages (e.g., to filling machines, formers, or cooking kettles).
