A Union Gera BFT 110/6 horizontal boring mill is for sale

The machine was built around 1980 and was overhauled by us in 2009/2010 and has been in our care since then.
The scope of the overhaul includes the following:
- Electrical system almost completely renewed
- New control cabinet incl. Siemens S7-200 PLC control system
- New drive technology Siemens Simodrive 611, feed motors Siemens 1FK7
- Heidenhain TNC 124 line control + electronic handwheel
- Heidenhain length measuring systems on X, Y and Z axes
- Heidenhein angle measuring device in B-axis (rotary table)
- Spindle drive three-phase asynchronous with DC brake electronics
- Renewal / overhaul of all hydraulic components
- New KGT in X and Y axes
- Overhaul of the drive systems of all feed axes
- All axles were rescraped
- Lubrication systems of axes and headstock overhauled
- New bearings and overhaul of the gear components of the headstock

The sale is due to capacity reasons.
The machine is fully functional and immediately available.
It achieves production accuracies according to the manufacturer's protocol.
