VALMEC MASTER ROTOR 400.3

This used wood brushing machine, RUSTIK MASTER 400, is designed for final surface finishing — fine sanding, structuring, smoothing, and other finishing operations. The specific surface treatment depends on the type of tool used — the brush. The machine is suitable for small and medium-sized wooden workpieces, including composite materials based on wood and certain plastics.

Surface finishing, structuring, and grain enhancement. These processes are primarily intended for treating the surfaces of solid wood workpieces. The aim is to create or accentuate the natural wood grain. Brushes of various hardness are supplied for this purpose. The appropriate tool selection depends on the production process and the desired structure. The working parts of the tools are made from both synthetic and metallic fibers with different properties.
If non-original brushes are fitted, the machine can be used for additional operations such as surface cleaning, polishing, fine finishing sanding, and more.
