Our broaching machines are compatible with all broaching tools and adapters from other manufacturers!

All production and assembly are carried out in our factory in Germany. Short-term delivery is possible by arrangement.

Furthermore, we also offer spare and wear parts (spindles, spindle nuts, motors, gears, and all other necessary components – including electrical parts) for Wolff and VADARI SRM broaching machines.

Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2027 – NEW MACHINE:

The main application area is the production of keyways from 3–28 mm (and beyond) as well as profiles of similar dimensions. Due to its compact design and small footprint, the machine can be successfully used in small, medium, and large companies. The low price justifies the investment even for small batches and one-off production.

The drive system features a pole-changing gear brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and consistent cutting performance. The open worktable allows for easy placement of even large workpieces. In most cases, clamping the workpiece is not necessary. Stroke adjustment is performed via adjustable end switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, multiple workpieces can be stacked.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts are available on request.
