60 KN version:
The area of application lies primarily in the production of keyway grooves from 3-28 mm (but also beyond) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving machine can therefore be successfully used in small, medium and large companies. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and individual production.
The drive is via a pole-switchable gear brake motor. The maintenance-free double spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pulling point, as well as constant cutting performance. The free tool table allows even large workpieces to be placed without hindrance. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be firmly clamped. Stroke adjustment is done by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. With short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be placed on top of each other.
