Vertical broaching machine Type SRM 2027 - NEW MACHINE:

60 KN version:
The area of application lies primarily in the production of keyway slots from 3-28 mm (but also larger) and profiles of similar dimensions. The compact and space-saving machine can therefore be successfully used in small, medium and large companies. The low price justifies the purchase even for small series and individual production.
The drive is via a pole-changeable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free twin-spindle drive ensures smooth operation and a central pulling point, as well as constant cutting performance. The free tool table allows large workpieces to be placed on it without hindrance. In most cases, the workpieces to be broached do not need to be securely clamped. Stroke adjustment is carried out by adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several workpieces can be placed on top of each other.
