Construction
The standard frame of the container wash is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (it is possible to make the frame eg. from AISI316 steel - optional)

The IBC wash is equipped with double workplace. It is possible to semi-automatically wash the IBC container inside (using a lowered head) and optional manual washing of the container from the outside (with a washing gun). Workplace
The machine has a system for a dosing two types of chemicals to the process and a tank with a system for heating and maintaining the water temperature.
Workstation has a turntable that allows for more thorough cleaning of the container from the outside and an automatic cradle that facilitates rinsing.
Installation
The container wash has feet that allow to adjust the level of machine. Customer should provide a place with the possibility of connecting media such as: cold/hot water, compressed air and sewer drain.
Base with turntable & tilt funtion
The washing station has a movable base of the container that allows cleaning the outside of the container from each side. During external washing, the base rotates under the influence of the water jet directed at the container. Rotation can be blocked with a special brake.
