The Urschel CC industrial rotary slicer is an absolute leader and industry standard in the field of high-performance dicing, grating and slicing of food products. The machine finds wide application in large fruit and vegetable processing plants, companies producing potato chips, modern cheese packaging lines (grating cheese for pizza, processed cheeses), and in delicatessen and ready-meal production facilities (concentrates, salads).

The operating principle of the Urschel CC model is based on the use of centrifugal force. The product fed into the rotor is pressed against the inner walls of the stationary cutting head, which guarantees perfect consistency in slice thickness, minimal raw material loss (no crushing effect) and an excellent texture of the finished product. The machine’s design allows for continuous feeding without the risk of clogging the working chamber, which drastically increases the efficiency of the entire production line.
