Automatic glass cutting table for monolithic glass with loading-unloading arms.
Main features:
- Rectified rack-and-pinion transmission and linear guides with “0” clearance, ensuring high precision of movement on both axes.
- Metal structure made of sheet metal profiles cut on a laser cutting machine and formed on a bending machine. The resulting structure has a minimum number of weld seams and, therefore, high dimensional accuracy and stability.
- Latest generation, brushless electric motors, Lenze – Germany.
- Automatic detection of glass thickness and automatic adjustment of the cutting head pressure to achieve maximum cutting quality.
- The control panel can be located up to 7 meters away from the table.
- Hydraulic folding of the loading-unloading arms.
- The loading cycle is as follows: the extensions of the folding arms are manually pulled out, and the folding into the vertical plane is commanded. The glass is supported on the bases of the arms, and the folding is commanded.
After the glass reaches the horizontal plane, it is manually positioned by the operator anywhere in the cutting area.
- Automatic detection of the glass position (automatic squaring) and automatic correction of the cutting head trajectory (the glass can be positioned anywhere on the surface of the cutting table).
- “Double 0” system that allows mirror cutting of laminated glass with an accuracy of ± 0.5 mm.

General feature:
- The work surface of the Turomas tables is made of aluminum covered with a phenolic plate that is ground on one side, and a synthetic felt is glued on top. Since there are no wooden plates in the structure, there are no pressure losses in the air cushion. Also, due to the phenolic plate (a latest generation plastic), the work surface of the table is particularly resistant to mechanical impact, deformation, solvents, acids, humidity, and water vapor.
- Intuitive TUR-ISO operator interface, easy to use, developed in a single window. The cutting plan can be viewed and edited in a field of this window. The Maintenance menu can also be accessed from this window, where all the set parameters of the machine can be viewed and modified.
- Remote technical support system via the Internet for quick diagnosis and service.
- Protection system with barriers and emergency stop button.
- Scanner
Scanning is done through a sequence of points, which are then converted into curves. The template thickness can be up to 20 mm.

- BRK 23 system
- Consists of 1 transverse breaking bar + 1 longitudinal breaking bar (materialized by points).
This breaking system guarantees minimal contact with the glass surface and maximizes the reduction of potential scratches due to the wear of traditional breaking bars (with a wooden contact surface).
Automatic system for transferring the cut glass sheet from the cutting table to a breaking table. The system is mounted on the cutting bridge, on the opposite side of the cutting head, and consists of two vertical pistons that allow the glass to be moved to the next table.

The table reads the glass thickness and automatically selects which of the cutting rollers to lower. By using this option, the entire range of glass thicknesses that can be cut is covered, in the range of 2 - 25 mm.
