The THIMON SWING PRO 5-sided strapping machine is a state-of-the-art industrial solution designed to provide complete pallet strapping using a single consumable. Thanks to its patented triangular arm technology combined with a motorized rotary table, it performs the packaging of all five sides of the pallet in a single cycle, while guaranteeing excellent load stability. This technology improves the protection of goods against dust, moisture, and stresses related to transport.

Designed for the food processing, logistics, pharmaceutical, paper, or manufacturing industries, the WRA-PAL SWING PRO combines a high throughput with reduced stretch film consumption. Its motorized pre-stretch module and 1,000 mm film width allow for a reduction in consumable usage of 20 to 40% while improving load retention. Furthermore, its capacity to accommodate reels up to 100 kg offers significantly greater autonomy than conventional systems and limits production downtime.

The machine easily adapts to different pallet sizes thanks to its numerous adjustments. Its cutting and heat-sealing device eliminates film tails at the end of the cycle, while its patented pleated film system reinforces the cohesion between the pallet and the load. In addition, the use of a single film for all five sides guarantees inviolable product protection and improves their preservation during storage and transport.
