TEKA AIRTECH P18

Dust extraction, filter ventilation, welding fume extraction, self-cleaning cartridge filter, pneumatic, vacuum TEKA AIRTECH P18.

The main areas of application for these systems are industrial plants/welding shops where it is not possible to implement point extraction or where point extraction is insufficient to maintain air quality in the workshop.

Side-mounted ducts with a pollution capture point draw in contaminated air and direct it to the filter section. Here, pollutants in the form of fine particles accumulate on the surface of the cartridge filter.

Compressed air pulses clean the cartridge filters automatically at required intervals. After the compressed air hits, the particles collected on the filter surface detach and fall into the dust collection tank.

The cleaned air returns to the work area through individually adjustable long-range nozzles. At the same time, the discharge of the cleaned air directs the contaminated air in the workshop towards the extraction ducts.

The filter is cleaned by a microprocessor controller with compressed air pulses during operation, which results in high device efficiency.
Low compressed air consumption thanks to the "Power-Spray" system.

The AIRTECH series of devices is certified by IFA in accordance with EN ISO 15012-1 or DIN EN ISO 21904-1/-2 and approved for welding fume class W3 as a permanent, local welding fume extraction unit.
