For industrial sale, a fully automated saw for cutting lumber packages and structural elements – a complete technological line for formatting packages to a specified length.

The device is designed for use in sawmills and wooden structure manufacturing plants, where process efficiency, consistent cutting length, and package stabilization during cutting are crucial.

Inspection and testing are possible at Delfina 20, 98-354 Siemkowice, POLAND.

Operating parameters:

• Max. package: 1300 × 1300 mm (width / height)

• Cutting accuracy: ±2 mm

The minimum package cross-section is determined by the extreme position of the hydraulic clamps – cutting packages with smaller dimensions is permissible.

• HIWIN linear guides with increased load capacity
• GB TITANIUM guide + STIHL chain
• Automatic guide lubrication system
The rigid construction of the unit ensures stable operation and consistent cutting length.

Package stabilization:

• System of 6 hydraulic clamps
(top + side + front and behind the cutting line)
• Package support on vertical rollers
• Elimination of package movement during saw entry

Process automation:

• Intelligent package strapping system
• Automatic determination of strapping locations

• Buffer for cut packages

Transport and handling:

• Transverse loading conveyor
