Manual Sheet Laminating Machine, Gluing Machine Tünkers Forward 1450S
This is a hand-operated machine where carrier and pressure sheets are processed manually.
This well-maintained unit is suitable for a wide range of applications.
For example, it can be used for laminating corrugated cardboard, corrugated board, cardboard, semi-cardboard, as well as films and fabrics.
The maximum sheet size is 1400 x 1400 mm, the minimum sheet size is 200 x 280 mm.
Carrier material weight approx. 250 g/m² up to approx. 8 mm thickness possible.
The weight of the top material can range from approx. 80 g/m² to 800 g/m².
Depending on material and size, up to 600 laminations per hour are achievable.
Training and instruction on the machine and its operation can be provided if needed; we are happy to assist!
Currently, the machine is located in Viersen-Dülken.
