Fully electric Demag IntElect2 with robot and peripherals
This used Sumitomo (SHI) Demag IntElect2 100/470-250, manufactured in 2021, combines 1,000 kN clamping force with an injection unit of size 250. The plasticizing unit is equipped with a highly wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant 30 mm screw with an L/D ratio of 20, as well as a bimetallic cylinder.

Tooling space and process equipment
The tie bar spacing is 470 x 470 mm; the mold height is specified as 180 to 550 mm. Two hydraulic and one pneumatic core pull circuits, integrated hot runner control for 16 zones, and an eight-fold cooling water flow controller are included in the equipment. activeProtect and the process data acquisition system PDE complement the process monitoring.
