Stratasys J850

The J850's technology is based on the PolyJet process, which delivers highly precise results with exceptional surface quality. The printer offers several layer thickness options: 14 µm, 27 µm and 55 µm. This flexibility allows you to prioritize either precision or speed, depending on your needs. With an expanded 490 x 390 x 200 mm footprint, the J850 can handle an even greater number of complex, detailed models in a single print, increasing efficiency and saving time. GrabCAD Print software simplifies operation and allows you to prepare models and monitor the printing process.

The J850 supports a wide range of model materials, including the Vero family of opaque colors, vibrant VeroVivid shades, flexible Agilus30 materials and transparent options such as VeroClear and VeroUltraClear. Digital modeling capabilities allow you to combine up to seven different materials in a single model, achieving unmatched realism with full color, transparency, flexibility, and various Shore A hardness values. In addition, over 500,000 different colors can be created to produce color-critical models without painting or post-processing. The J850 is equipped with twelve material trays and features automatic material switching, ensuring longer, unattended print runs with minimal downtime.

The J850 uses SUP705 and SUP706B as support materials, making it easy to create intricate and delicate models. Multiple print modes - High Quality, High Mix, High Speed, and Super High Speed - allow you to customize the printing process to meet the needs of your project, whether you need maximum detail or fast concept models. For enhanced post-processing, we recommend a WaterJet washout station, which can be offered with the printer.

The Stratasys J850 can be installed anywhere and does not require any special setup conditions. Its compact design allows it to fit easily into work environments with limited space. Special ventilation is not required as Stratasys PolyJet systems do not emit harmful fumes, dust or other chemicals into your environment.
