Thanks to AS-Interface communication, the manifold transmits real-time feedback signals about the exact position of each valve seat directly to the main PLC controller (e.g., Siemens S7). This prevents operator errors, reduces technological downtime, and allows for the simultaneous cleaning of one section of the pipeline while continuous production continues on the other.
