Extra-large Induction Heater
A comprehensive range for bearings up to 1200 kg

The SKF TIH L series induction heaters are distinguished by their high heating capacity and large dimensions. They extend the TIH range to include the heating of larger bearings. All heaters are equipped with sliding yokes, two induction coils, and state-of-the-art power electronics. The heater frame allows for easy transport with a forklift. The main differences within the TIH L series are heating output and application range.

Power control allows precise adjustment of the temperature increase rate.
With a power demand of 20 kVA, the TIH L series heaters can heat even large bearings with a maximum weight of 1,200 kg.
Automatic demagnetization reduces contamination risk from metallic residues or abrasion after heating.

An overheat protection system minimizes the risk of damage to the induction coils and electronics, improving safety and reliability.
Available with three operating ranges.
The units are offered for the three most common international supply voltages.
Rolling bearings can be heated vertically or horizontally.
