The lime feed system is one of the main components of the desulphurization system. This particular system is installed in one of the incinerators.

The main challenge was to ensure that the top section could be removed using a forklift with a maximum lifting height of 3 meters.

Features:
1. A vibration motor is installed on the big bag mounting plate to improve lime dispensing.
2. The upper section is mounted on the hopper with a window, and the connection point is sealed.
3. A platform is provided for access to the window for opening the big bag.
4. The big bag is separated from the tray by means of a pneumatically operated valve.
5. The tray is suspended on strain gauges to monitor sorbent availability and adjust sorbent feed rate.
6. A level sensor is also included.
7. A mixer is installed in the tray. It also has a seal to prevent the sorbent from escaping the system.

8. The steel structure is designed to accommodate the installation of a screw conveyor.
9. The steel structure provides unobstructed access underneath for maintenance of the system components.
