SHENGONG MJY-MJF

MJY-MJF production line from the Chinese manufacturer China SHENGONG. The equipment was commissioned in 11/2022 and is designed for processing round logs with a maximum diameter of 340 mm and length of 5 m. The technology comprises:
- Log infeed deck for 5 m logs with dosing and centering
- Infeed conveyor to the machine

- Distribution outfeed conveyor for cant and side boards

- Edging saw MJ 141-0440 with 5 lasers for saw blade positioning

- Belt conveyor under the multi-rip saw for offcut removal to chipping
