SENFENG Tools D-Series – 7-in-1 Desktop Laser Workstation

The SENFENG Tools D-Series is a compact, multifunctional laser workstation for workshops, small manufacturing companies, repair shops, creative studios, metalworking businesses, and professional users who want to combine multiple processing steps in a single system.

The D-Series combines CNC laser cutting, CNC laser engraving, diode laser cutting, diode laser engraving, handheld laser welding, handheld laser cutting, and laser cleaning and rust removal. This reduces external processing costs, saves space, and expands production capabilities within the company.

Depending on the configuration, the series is available with 800W or 1200W fiber laser power, as well as an optional diode laser. The dual-laser system enables the processing of both metals and non-metals: the fiber laser is designed for cutting, welding, and cleaning metals, while the blue diode laser can cut or engrave wood, acrylic, leather, and other non-metals.

Available variants include D300 and D600 Welder, D300 and D600 Combo, D300 and D600 Combo Pro, and D300 and D600 Ultra Cut. The D300 models are designed for compact workspaces, while the D600 models offer more power and a workspace of up to 600 × 600 mm.

For handheld laser welding, the machine supports continuous welding, spot welding, and pendulum welding. Depending on the model, the welding thickness ranges from 0.2 to 4 mm or 0.2 to 5 mm. The air-cooled system is designed for flexible use in workshops and does not require extensive industrial infrastructure.

The Combo and Combo Pro versions combine CNC automation with handheld processing. Users can flexibly switch between precise CNC processing and manual processing. Typical materials include stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, galvanized steel, wood, acrylic, leather, and other suitable materials.

The fully enclosed safety design creates a visible and protected work area. Emergency stop, smoke extraction, and a mechanical laser selection switch support safe and clean operation. Depending on the model and market version, the D-Series has CE, FDA, FCC, and other relevant certifications.
