The SEALPAC 800 is a fully automatic, industrial sealing line designed for continuous operation in meat, poultry, fish processing plants, and ready-meal production facilities. The machine precisely forms a vacuum and applies a protective gas mixture (MAP / Modified Atmosphere Packaging technology), which significantly extends the freshness and shelf life of packaged food products.

Thanks to its impressive frame length (8.5 m), the machine provides a long and convenient loading area for personnel or automatic dispensing machines. The machine features modern microprocessor control, low noise emission (approx. 73 dB), and a full stainless steel construction with IP 65 protection, which enables aggressive chemical and pressure washing after production. The included Swiss Busch pump with a capacity of 250 m³/h guarantees quick and stable achievement of a deep vacuum in the sealing chamber.
