GENERAL FEATURES

Movement in the X, Y and Z axis takes place on linear prismatic ball-bearing guides with the aid of pre-tensioned linear guides. The power transmission of the X-axis (movable stand) takes place via a pre-tensioned, backlash-free rack and pinion drive with diagonal movement. The movement of the unit carrier in Y and Z direction takes place via pre-tensioned linear guides. The positioning of the working units and the control of the machine functions takes place via "Brushless" three-phase servomotors and digital drives.
