STRUCTUREThe machine is developed using the best three-dimensional CAD systems for solid modeling. The machine bed and moving crossbeam represent the two main elements of the machine structure and are manufactured in the company's own foundry. All mechanical machining operations are carried out on special production equipment in a single setup to ensure optimal precision and to minimize tolerances during machining. The control cabinet is mounted directly on the machine bed, allowing for a very compact design and easy access. CONTROL UNITThe control unit consists of an industrial NC control system with an integrated office PC (desktop computer). The CNC solution with an office PC combines all the features of numerical control with the typical user-friendliness of an office PC, which greatly simplifies the control of the machine by enabling the use of the XILOG MAESTRO user interface, i.e., the software developed by SCM for simple and fast programming, even for non-experts.
