The SAFANDARLEY E-Brake edge bending machine features an electric drive.
Lenze servomotors, controlled by frequency inverters from the same manufacturer, enable fast and reliable operation of the system for many operating hours.
Additionally, the machine consumes electrical energy only during the downward movement of the slide.
The slide returns to its original position using the force generated by springs.
Even when the machine is idle, it practically does not consume electrical energy because the system does not have a pump, as is the case with hydraulic presses.
We estimate that the electrical energy consumption is 70% lower than in conventional hydraulic presses.
