We performed the following work:


The jacks,

the plates,

the glue roller were overhauled,

the roller motor was replaced,

new safety guards were installed,

the printheads were overhauled,

all glue heating unit probes were replaced,

the suction unit hoses were replaced, and the entire electrical system was inspected.

Equipped with 25 plates, this used Sacmi labeling machine employs a mechanical cam brake/clutch for plate movement, ensuring precision and synchronization even during high-speed operation. The label feeding system is roll feed – coil, a methodology appreciated for its efficiency and reduction in material waste.


The machine features two labeling stations, allowing for a two-phase production, and the clockwise rotation contributes to an optimized workflow.
