The Risco RS 450 mixer delivers consistent and reproducible mixing for medium-scale food production. Its 450-litre bowl provides ample capacity for handling minced meats, stuffings, protein-based salads, or various preparations requiring different textures. Thanks to its intersecting paddle shafts, the mixing is performed gradually, ensuring homogeneous incorporation of ingredients while preserving the product’s structure. As a result, each batch maintains the same appearance, density, and quality, which facilitates recipe standardisation.

The automatic front discharge improves workplace ergonomics, enabling direct product transfer into a trolley, screw conveyor, or emulsifier. This setup reduces manual handling, limits product loss, and shortens the interval between mixing and the next processing stage. Furthermore, the variable paddle speed allows precise adjustment of mixing intensity, making the machine suitable for both delicate mixes and denser preparations. Additionally, the option to integrate a vertical loader further boosts line autonomy and simplifies raw material loading.

Microprocessor control enables up to ten programs to be stored, ensuring reliable process repeatability. Operators can instantly retrieve the optimal parameters for each recipe without complicated adjustments. The polished stainless steel construction ensures outstanding hygiene and long-term durability, even with frequent washdowns. Finally, compatibility with vacuum or CO₂ injection systems allows further improvement of absorption, texture, and product shelf life.
