The Rex RHP 240 is a technologically advanced, industrial portioning machine for ground meat, designed for precise and efficient portioning in meat processing plants, butcher shops, and medium to large food processing companies. The machine is ideal for continuous production of ground meat in bulk (free-flow) or formed blocks, guaranteeing consistent weight and the highest aesthetic quality of the finished product.
The operating principle is based on independently controlled conveyor belts that smoothly transfer the meat from a vacuum filler and divide it into perfectly equal portions. Thanks to the use of modern free-flow technology, the product is not overheated or compressed during portioning, which directly affects the preservation of freshness, texture, and long-term microbiological stability of the meat.
