Rational UVP 6-1/1 & 10-1/1

This is an UltraVent Plus hood from the premium manufacturer Rational, type UVP 61/101E. This hood is suitable for the iCombi device sizes 6-1/1 & 10-1/1 in electric version. Thanks to condensation technology, the UltraVent binds escaping steam. An external connection or extension of an existing exhaust air system is not required for this recirculating hood. In addition to the UltraVent's condensation technology, the UltraVent Plus is equipped with a special activated carbon filter technology. This allows not only steam to be condensed but also reduces annoying smoke, such as produced during grilling and frying. RATIONAL cooking systems can thus also be installed in sensitive areas, e.g., in the front area.
The hood has been checked in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.
New activated carbon filters were installed during inspection.
