The unit will be completely overhauled in our in-house workshop, and the combination steam oven is fully functional.

This combination steam oven offers space for 5x 400x600mm trays. In automatic mode, the unit automatically detects the ideal cooking path, the size of the food, the quantity loaded, and the product-specific requirements for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing).
