This is the latest generation of the VarioCooking Center, the iVario Pro XL 150L (Balanced Power 34 kW instead of 41 kW) from the premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). The iVario XL has undergone a thorough inspection in our in-house workshop and the unit is fully operational.
