Rational CMP 101

This combi steamer from manufacturer Rational is a CombiMaster® Plus with 8 x 1/1 gastronorm shelves, electric version, allowing you to load the unit with deeper GN containers per shelf (also convertible to a 10-level hanging rack). This combi steamer was mainly used for reheating packaged food and is therefore in excellently maintained used condition.

The combi steamer is from year of manufacture 2019. The unit has undergone inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully operational. The stand pictured is not included in the offer but can be purchased separately as an option.
