The RÜHLE GFR 450 is a professional, industrial guillotine for frozen meat, designed for the initial shredding and cutting of frozen meat blocks, fat blocks, cheese blocks, and other food raw materials without the need for prior thawing. The device efficiently cuts chilled and deep-frozen raw materials at temperatures as low as -18 °C, which helps maintain a continuous cooling chain, prevents leakage of cellular juice, and reduces the loss of raw material mass.

The compact and extremely robust design of the GFR 450 model has been designed for continuous operation in the demanding environment of the food processing industry.
