The RÜHLE GFR 450 is a professional, industrial guillotine for frozen meat, designed for the initial shredding and cutting of frozen meat blocks, fat blocks, cheese blocks, and other food raw materials without the need for prior thawing. The device efficiently cuts chilled and deep-frozen raw materials at temperatures as low as -18 °C, which helps maintain a continuous cooling chain, prevents leakage of cellular juice, and reduces the loss of raw material mass.

The compact and extremely robust design of the GFR 450 model has been designed for continuous operation in the demanding environment of the food processing industry. The use of a powerful 7.2 kW drive, combined with a durable guillotine knife assembly, allows for quick and even shredding of blocks up to 400 x 200 mm into smaller portions, perfectly prepared for further processing in grinders, cutters, or mixers. The device is ideal for butcher shops, meat processing plants, fish processing plants, catering facilities, and the industrial production of ready-made meals.
