Discover the advanced F200 XL finishing machine.

All products, from a euro coin to 200 mm wide, can be processed on this small but powerful machine. At the input side, burrs and irregularities are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by two oscillating cup brushes that apply light pressure. The brushes ensure a uniform rounding of all edges and holes, both around and within the flat-ground product, leading to the most optimal finish.

The F200 XL offers options for automatic brush calibration, which ensures constant consistency and precision, as well as full ERP control and seamless integration into automated production environments. In short, it is a finishing machine that is fully prepared for the future!

We can now offer you this F200 XL - VAC showroom machine, manufactured in 2024, which can optionally be combined with a WES3000 wet-dust extraction unit and associated piping. Available only until it is sold.

The machine is supplied with a 1-year warranty, excluding wear parts. Delivery is ex works Bergeijk. If desired, we can also offer the machine including transport, installation, and training of your operators on-site.

We also have a lightly used F200 XL machine with magnetic product fixation available, manufactured in 2023.
