F800 – All-round Finishing Machine
Discover the advanced F800 finishing machine, equipped with an intuitive HMI touchscreen for effortless operation. This screen enables operators to easily switch between various finishing programs, ensuring high reproducibility of product quality and minimizing operational errors. Depending on the materials to be processed, you can choose a system with either vacuum or magnetic support.

At the infeed side, burrs and irregularities are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth, burr-free surface. This is followed by four oscillating combination brushes that apply light pressure. The brushes deliver uniform edge rounding on all edges and holes, both around and within the ground product, resulting in optimal finishing quality.

The F800 features automatic brush calibration to guarantee consistent precision, as well as full ERP control, ensuring seamless integration into automated production environments. In short, this is a finishing machine fully prepared for the future!
