The PROTABLE PX1 is an automatic pallet assembly machine designed for facilities that frequently need to change the dimensions and type of pallets produced.

The machine’s design allows for quick adjustments between different pallet formats. The assembly machine is equipped with a single work table, which allows for efficient machine reconfiguration and the start of production of a different type of pallet.

The finished, assembled pallet remains on the opposite side of the machine, allowing the operator to quickly prepare and stack the next set of materials. This solution streamlines the production process and reduces the time required for machine operation.

Production capabilities:

The PROTABLE PX1 enables the assembly of various types of pallets, including:

- pallets with a top deck of 5 boards + 3 bottom boards,
- pallets with a top deck of 6 boards + 3 bottom boards,
- pallets with a top deck of 7 boards + 3 bottom boards,
- pallets with a top deck of 9 boards + 3 bottom boards,
- pallets with skids (corner blocks).
