Fully automatic cutting of large aluminium profiles with simple-to-use automation. Put down any aluminium profile, the machine will automatically detect it and cut it into jobs tasked with high-accuracy servo motor material positioning. Excel job lists WIFI input for streamlined input of large cutting lists.
For every piece of aluminium you place down to cut, no matter what length, a laser sensor measures its length. Our powerful optimisation algorithm on-the-fly calculates the best order of parts to produce minimum waste. The machine automatically cuts the calculated list without stopping. No need for any inputs from you, just keep putting in new aluminium stock.

Simple, high-speed alternative to double-headed saws. Just enter (or import) the lengths and angles you need and press GO. The machine continuously produces your angled parts, accurately and at high speed.
