For sale is a Powerplant AS200 IS2 diesel genset with 200 kVA prime power, manufactured in 2015, powered by an Iveco CURSOR87TE1F.S550 engine with Stamford alternator. Total operating hours: 6727h.

A key feature of this unit is the HJS Emission Technology Stage IIIA to Stage V emission upgrade carried out by HJS Emission Technology UK in Swindon. The genset was equipped with a modern exhaust aftertreatment system designed to significantly reduce emissions and allow operation in emission-sensitive environments and projects.

The genset is already registered with CVRAS/EST. In accordance with CVRAS/EST requirements, a telematics unit has been installed to monitor NOx performance. The first year of telematics service is included. After 12 months, an annual service fee applies. The telematics connection allows remote monitoring via the HJS online portal, including AdBlue refill status, system condition and NOx performance data, helping operators maintain compliance and monitor the system efficiently.

The retrofit system combines proven exhaust aftertreatment technologies including:

Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)
Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
SCR system with AdBlue injection

The DPF reduces particulate emissions, while the SCR system lowers NOx emissions.

The installed 80-litre AdBlue tank provides approximately 30 operating hours at full load without refilling, depending on load profile and operating conditions.

This retrofit solution enables existing generators to meet modern Stage V emission requirements without the immediate need to purchase a new machine.

The original silencer was removed during conversion. Operating time after the upgrade is only approx. 10 hours.
