Scope of overahul :
The lathe TCF 200 x 10m totally disassembled for the overhaul.
Bed and carriage guideways are ground and matching surfaces lined with antifriction material.
Headstock and tailstock – replacement of all used parts ( all new bearings ).
Carriage – replacement of all used parts and installation a new ball screw for X axis drive
Drive system for Z axis - REDEX /brand new/;
Installation of the new CNC system Sinumerik 840 D sl with PLC program;
Installation of the new feed drives from Siemns with power 50 Nm
Installation of the new control cabinet and control panels;
New wiring/ cables and all electrical equipment;
New painting and new geometry as per ISO 1708
