The Poly-clip System FCA 3442 is a high-performance, automatic double-row clipping machine and represents an absolute standard in the professional meat processing and sausage manufacturing industry. This machine is designed for medium and large-sized meat processing plants, butcher shops, and companies producing cooked meat products. Its main function is to precisely, quickly, and consistently seal artificial, collagen, and fibrous casings (within the caliber range supported by this model), allowing for the automated continuous formation of sausage sticks, pâtés, and other products.

The device works directly with vacuum fillers, receiving portioned filling and automatically applying two clips simultaneously (while also cutting the casing between them). Advanced mechanics and a proven clamping system guarantee ideal casing tension and a tight seal, which directly translates into the aesthetic quality of the final product and the microbiological safety of the products. After clipping, the product is transferred to an integrated roller conveyor with a width of 340 mm, from where it is further conveyed for further thermal processing or packaging.
