The ATC series of plotters was created for professional use in large industrial plants and factories. These machines are designed to process a wide range of materials. In order to meet the demands of heavier machining, the ATC machines feature an additionally reinforced construction and more powerful AC servo drives on each axis.
A vacuum work table is standard on these machines. It is also possible to install a hybrid table.
Plotters in this series are equipped as standard with automatic tool changing, a six-position linear magazine and a tool height sensor. The solutions used significantly speed up the machining process requiring the use of several cutters.

CONSTRUCTION:
The structure of the machine tool is made of steel and cast iron which gives it high rigidity, as well as resistance to the overloads associated with the machining process.
WORKING SURFACE:
The usable area of our machine tool is 2100 x 3000 [mm].
MATERIAL CLAMPING:
The machine is equipped with a vacuum table. It is possible to install a hybrid or T-table.
Z-AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The Z-axis range is 300 [mm] as standard (can be increased).
DRIVES:
SERVO motors have been used to drive our machine tools, ensuring adequate acceleration and speed in each direction. The X and Y axes are driven using classic and proven helical rollers to ensure long service life and precision, while the Z axis is driven using a high-performance ball screw. All axes move on rail guides....
SPRING:
A powerful, liquid-cooled and durable high-end brushless spindle is used to drive the cutting tool. The spindle bearings are high-quality machine bearings, which are very quiet and guarantee above-average durability. The spindle speed ranges from 6 to 24,000 rpm. The power supply is provided by an inverter, which has more power than the spindle, which protects against speed drops when operating under heavy load.
TOOL STORAGE:
The machine tool comes standard with a linear tool magazine equipped with 6 ISO30 cones.
SOFTWARE:
The machine has been supplied with the appropriate CAD/CAM software in its latest version. The software makes it possible to design parts quickly and easily, which the programme then converts into so-called G-code. It is also possible to import finished files from other programs.
CONTROL:

The machine is controlled by a controller, which has its own processor and operating memory to ensure stable and reliable operation. The machine controller is equipped with active vector analysis functions, so that operation of the machine is smooth and there is little overshoot during processing. The controller has a recovery function to continue operation after a power loss, so there is no need to initialise the programme from scratch. The controller's on-board memory allows the machine to work without having to load the programme each time.
