Pilous ARG 380 Plus SAF

For sale: a professional, industrial metal-cutting bandsaw, PILOUS ARG 380 Plus S.A.F., manufactured in 2010. The machine is in continuous operation and shows normal signs of wear and tear, as can be seen in the photos (paint scratches). However, from a technical and mechanical standpoint, it is in perfect working order and ready for heavy-duty use.

Key features and technical condition:

• Full semi-automatic operation (S.A.F.): Fully functional hydraulic cycle. When START is pressed, the machine automatically clamps the hydraulic vise, starts the bandsaw blade, performs the cut with the set feed rate, and automatically lifts the arm and opens the vise upon completion.
• Smooth speed control: The built-in inverter works flawlessly, allowing smooth adjustment of the blade speed in the range of 15–90 m/min from the control panel.
• Mechanical condition: The linear guides of the arm and the rotary table are clean and undamaged. The structure is rigid, with no cracks in the housing or hidden defects.
• Powerful capabilities: Cuts materials and rolls with a diameter of up to 380 mm. The machine is massive (weighs approximately 1000 kg), which guarantees no vibrations and perfect cutting geometry.
