PIERALISI Centrifugal Decanter – Stainless Steel

PIERALISI industrial centrifugal decanter, designed for the continuous solid-liquid separation of products and suspensions using centrifugal force in industrial processes within the food industry.

PROCESS

The PIERALISI decanter is designed to continuously separate components of different densities present in a pumpable product.

The product enters the rotating drum, where the high centrifugal force causes the phases to separate. The denser solid components move towards the drum wall and are transported by the screw conveyor to the discharge, while the separated liquid phase is continuously evacuated.
