The LINEA BOX WRAPPER 24 by Peroni Ruggero is a modern, automatic line for wrapping rigid boxes. It is a solution designed for manufacturers of premium packaging who require precision, repeatability, and fast order fulfillment with minimal changeover time.

The machine enables the production of a wide range of boxes with different dimensions, while maintaining excellent wrapping quality even with demanding designs. An automatic paper feeder and an advanced glue application system with viscosity control guarantee a stable and reliable process.

The operator places the box onto the paper sheet, and a mechanical centering system, supported by sensors and drives, precisely positions the elements before further processing. The materials are then automatically transported to the wrapping module, where the entire process runs fully automatically. The finished products are collected by a Pick & Place system and transferred to the output section.

An additional advantage is the quick tool change system, which minimizes production downtime. Tools adapted to specific box sizes can be made of wood and installed in just a few minutes.

The machine has been used sparingly, so it is in very good technical and visual condition, ready for immediate implementation in production.
