Pemat Planetenmischer Anlage PMPR 500

For sale is a modernized concrete mixing plant consisting of a Pemat PMPR 500 planetary mixer with PAS 500 skip hoist and complete BIKOTRONIC control system. The plant was newly installed or upgraded in mid-2021 and is designed for the production of high-quality ready-mixed concrete, concrete products, and precast concrete elements.

The Pemat PMPR 500 offers a 500 L dry fill capacity or approx. 0.33 m³ of compacted concrete per batch, mixer diameter of approx. 1,720 mm, reinforced 37 kW drive, Hardox wear lining, sampling unit, discharge protection, and safety features. The system also includes aggregate dosing with segmented bins, mobile aggregate weighing scale up to 800 kg, PAS-500 skip hoist, cement screw conveyor, binder weighing scale, water dosing system, admixture weighing with dosing pumps, and compressor.

The BIKOTRONIC control system includes the control cabinet and power components, Siemens S7/PLC, industrial PC with Windows 10, visualization/administration, recipe and batch management, fully automatic dosing and mixing processes, manual operation module, moisture/water dosing module, sand moisture measurement, remote maintenance, and UPS.

This plant is particularly suitable for concrete product plants, precast production, special concrete types, as well as high-quality small to medium batch sizes. Offered as a used, technically advanced mixing plant. Inspection and detailed technical documentation available upon request.

The plant must be dismantled by the buyer at their own expense.
