Paal Licon 250 SC Channel Baler

Originally built for baling non-ferrous scrap, for the last 12 years this machine has been used at a packaging plant. It processed 700–800 tonnes of cardboard per month.

The machine floor has been overhauled; the main ram/cylinder is just six months old. The knives for trimming excess material have been replaced and upgraded for faster and more efficient operation. In 2025, the hydraulic oil was changed, distribution valves serviced, and all rollers of the main plunger/plate replaced. The pressing ram has also been refurbished. Comes with plenty of spare parts.

Equipped with upgraded electronics and control panel from 2018, fully operational and ready for immediate use. Operation via touchscreen display.

Comprehensive photographic documentation from the dismantling process is available. Complete technical documentation (DTR) in Polish and electrical schematics included. Testing of the machine is possible on-site.

Additionally available:
- Roller bale discharge system with conveyors, tipper, weighing system, and bale storage (as shown in the photos),
Or optionally:
- Tipping elevator for emptying 1100 L or 660 L bins
- PAAL KES1750 chain channel conveyor: width 1750 mm, horizontal section 8 m, inclined section 8 m.
