The machine is equipped with:
RMV-40 – Automatic edge band magazine, 0.4-3mm edge thickness, end trimming shears with roller and optical sensor for reducing edge length on the workpiece (saves edging material).
Automatic edge feed hopper with optical detection for fixed-length edging pieces.
Combi Melt – Gluing zone, supports EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives, as well as all standard cleaning granulates.

Machine Control:
Operated via a 15-inch color touchscreen monitor, unlimited number of work programs can be sequentially saved, all preselection of processing aggregates as well as working parameters for the CombiMelt gluing system allow for full automation and maximum operator comfort.
Electronic control – reference points with high accuracy +/- 1 mm.
Via Beckhoff industrial PC, certain tool aggregates can be adjusted during machine operation/loading.

Working Aggregates:
-F- Pre-milling unit:
For pre-milling workpieces before adhesive application. 2 HF motors, 1.5 kW, forward and reverse, automatic control.
-Kc- Double end-trimming unit:
With 2 high-frequency motors, 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm.
-Bfc– Rough milling cutter
Heavy-duty cutter for milling solid edges from the surface and profiling before rounding radii.

-Hft- Fine milling unit - Radius
With 2 high-frequency motors, 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm, double-sided, automatically adjustable.
-AKF- Automated copying milling unit as a universal milling aggregate:
With two independent spindles for top and/or bottom longitudinal as well as corner processing. Automatically switches from beveling for thin edge up to 1 mm to radii processing.
-ZKc- Scraper aggregate R2
Double-sided processing, automatic control, for removing rounded areas.
FZK: Flat scraper for removing excess edge and glue residues.
-GE- Second guide operation for workpiece leading (can be folded away or towards the machine as needed).
-GS- Application of glide agent to the edge.
-RS Set – 4-way chemical spraying and cleaning unit.
-ZKc- Scraper aggregate R1.
-WE: Angular stop – ensures precise infeed of the workpiece to the edgebander.

Trouble-free machine in excellent condition, regularly serviced by OTT (Asamer s.r.o.)
The machine is currently operating in production and can be tested - we are processing with PUR adhesive. Available for collection end of 2025.
