OSTERBERGER RBD 2500 Universal

High-quality premium turning device set in scissor design for cylindrical workpieces such as pipes, shafts, tanks, and other rotationally symmetric components (for example, sheet metal jackets).

Maximum load capacity of the turning device—powered and idler units—is 2,500 kg (optionally available with a 3,000 kg load capacity).
Manual adjustment of roller width—secured by locking pins; rotatable workpiece diameter from Ø 80 mm to Ø 3,200 mm.
Infinitely variable rotation speed from 100 mm/min to 1,300 mm/min, adjustable via a potentiometer on the control panel. (Base rotation speed is programmable for optimum adaptation to welding requirements.)
Roller size Ø 160 mm x width 50 mm—rollers with PU coating or optionally bare steel.
