The unit's frame is made from welded thick steel beam structure and welded steel sheets.

Membrane press bed is phenolic-coated plywood featuring a grid pattern for improved vacuum distribution.
The top section, where the membrane film is mounted, opens 45 degrees and is equipped with gas springs.
Quick and easy upper section locking. Manual membrane film quick-mount system.
Vacuum system with a single 25 m3/h vacuum pump.
