As-new polishing machine OPTIMUM OPTIpolish GZ40P with variable-speed conversion featuring Siemens inverter and cyclone extraction system.

For polishing wheels with a diameter of up to 350mm, maximum wheel width 35mm, wheel bore 20mm.

Suitable for continuous and intensive industrial use.
Heavy-duty industrial polishing machine; its high dead weight absorbs the already minimal vibrations.

Maintenance-free, long-life induction motor with smooth operation, cast iron housing.

Additionally equipped with:
Variable speed drive using Siemens Sinamics V20 inverter.

Circumferential speed adjustable from 34 m/s down to 6 m/s.
Sturdy base with cyclone extraction integrated in the base, thus requiring minimal space. Sound-insulated.

The base must be filled with concrete by the customer.

Automatic start/stop feature:
When the external device is powered on or off, the extraction system automatically switches on or off with a 2-3 sec delay. There is no need to operate the extraction system separately. According to hazardous substance regulations, residual dust is extracted after the machine shuts down.
